We want you to be completely satisfied with your Megadeth official gear, so we offer returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure you keep your tracking receipt for proof of shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned merchandise, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
